This course is design to teach those that are looking to instruct group fitness oriented classes - aerobics, hi/lo impact. It is designed to prepare participants to teach safe and effective group exercise programs through the development of leadership and technical skills. Topics covered are anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, care and prevention of aerobic injures, aerobic class design, structure and workout combinations, body sculpting and resistance training with weights and tubing and leadership skills.

The AAAI/ISMA Cycle Instructor Certification course is designed for the instructor who wants to expand their teaching capabilities to indoor cycling. This program utilizes various cycling programs' strengths to create a well- rounded cycle instructor who can instruct on any indoor cycle.
Topics include safe and effective cycle class design cycling techniques for endurance, speed and strength, choreography and example workouts, studio setup and design.
This program is designed to be able to instruct beginner and intermediate students.
